Our Qigong expert Lingji Hon will teach you the fundamentals of this ancient Taoist practice and how to apply it to modern life. Through gentle movements and breathwork, you will learn to unblock energy in order to feel revitalized. You’ll also learn practices to relieve stress in everyday situations, as well as calming the mind for increased focus.

Get to know all about the ancient practice, and Lingji’s long and personal connection with it, you will also be guided through four action classes. In these classes, you will learn many postures and gentle movements that you can easily apply every day, either as a longer focused practice, when you have time, or in very brief windows whenever you have a spare few minutes. All will activate your energy and boost your overall vitality.
