For Lingji Hon, Qigong has always been part of her life. She started practicing at the age of five at her father’s school, the Dantao Center, in New York City, where she grew up. Lingji developed a deep interest in the Eastern concept of holistic health, in contrast with the Western view, which, she says, revolves around physical matter and neglects our energetic system. Qigong unblocks stagnant energy within us to restore vitality to our daily life.
