Antonia Lingemann

Based in Berlin, Antonia Lingemann is a Katonah yoga teacher. Katonah yoga is different from other forms of yoga – it uses a lot of metaphors around the image of your body as a house and is very counterintuitive, as it focuses on places in your body that you might not travel to often. Antonia came to the practice while struggling with low self-esteem and feeling disconnected from her body, which, thanks to Katonah, she has now overcome. Yoga reminds her that we are all designed to fit ourselves, and helping others discover this, too, has become her goal as a teacher.
