Steph Cusack grew up with an awareness of holistic Eastern practices, as her parents practiced Ki yoga and Shiatsu massage. But it was after experiencing the stress-laden corporate world and discovering vinyasa yoga that she committed to becoming a body-mind practitioner herself. With more than 700 hours of training with international luminaries, Steph is now helping people to develop clarity and flexibility for both body and mind through movement, mindfulness and meditation.
