Jacob Drachenberg is a certified stress management coach based in Berlin. In his early 20’s, he suffered from a burnout: Being a former water polo professional while simultaneously studying psychology and working for an investor, made him reach his physical and mental limits. Little by little, he realized that “dealing with stress” is not a fixed fate, but a learnable skill that can unlock new potential even.
