Leigh Wyman is a holistic nutritionist and certified Ayurvedic practitioner. She holds a BA in both anthropology and sociology and studied two years at the renowned Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico and India. Her journey started after many years of feeling out of balance, and it was only when implementing simple and accessible Ayurvedic practices into her daily life that she aligned with her body again.
