Dr. Carolin Marx-Dick is a psychotherapist and expert in sleep health. She discovered her passion for the world of naps and nightly rests by chance: as a student, she needed a part-time job, and ended up in a sleep lab. Even then, she noticed that people whose disorders were not physical but psychological were simply sent home again. Therefore, in 2015, she founded her practice with a focus on ‘non-organic’ sleep disorders, where she relies on holistic, medication-free treatment in the all-encompassing context of body, mind and sleep.
