Steph Cusack grew up familiar with holistic eastern practices, from her parents who practiced Ki Yoga and Shiatsu massage. But it was after experiencing the stress-laden corporate world and discovering Vinyasa Yoga that she committed to becoming a body-mind practitioner herself. With over 700 hours of training with international luminaries, today Steph is helping people to develop clarity and flexibility for both body and mind through movement, mindfulness and meditation. Whether guiding dynamic or restorative classes, the Berliner by choice believes body-mind practices are our doorway to living with more ease and more joy.

With a mind-body connection practice, Steph Cusack is part of the course “Boost Your Immune System” as well as “Set Healthy Boundaries“.
