Course Description

Our expert Dr Fleur Sakura Wöss will teach you about the space in-between, and how you can find fullness in emptiness. Her teachings are based in Zen and Japanese culture, both of which she has studied extensively in Japan. Empty space and time is accessible to us all, yet difficult to find in our busy, overstimulated lives. By learning how to make use of it, both physically and mentally, you will find inner peace, increased focus, and the ability to achieve life’s big goals.

Fleur includes many everyday examples and relatable situations as she explains her expansive knowledge on the subject, so that you can immediately apply the techniques. She describes how her parents’ minimalist décor in her childhood home in Japan inspired her creativity by allowing physical space to play and mental space to think. She also shares methods she uses today for paying attention to her own natural rhythm and how you can implement this, too, as well as doing a self-assessment on whether you’re an ‘external’ or ‘internal’ type of person.
