What to expect in this course?
Together with the psychotherapist and sleep expert Dr. Carolin Marx-Dick, we developed a basic introduction class on the subject of sleep. It helps you to better understand what actually happens at night when you sleep – and what you can do to support your night’s rest.
In a second class, we then focus on sleep as your immune force number one, and learn why a good night’s rest actually starts in the morning. Plus, there will be sleeping tips that you can apply in everyday life.
Together with our body-mind practitioner Steph Cusack, you will then dive into the world of yoga nidra – a meditation practice and an exercise of deep relaxation in which physical, mental and spiritual activities are supposed to come to rest. What’s more, there will be a daily practice for you: for the next few days we will ask you to explore journaling, a writing technique to strengthen your own mental wellbeing and to create more focus, clarity and joy. All of which help to calm your mind and to support your sleep.
Already feeling sleepy? Perfect! Because it is you who deserves the best possible sleep. But we are here to guide you on your dreamy journey.
