Course Description

In this course, you will learn how to set boundaries, which is the base for a healthier and more energetic life.

Explore your body-mind connection through breathing techniques and exercises that allow a deeper understanding of your physical and emotional body.

Dr Dada Held-Poschardt explains that learning to articulate and set boundaries is one of the first things you can do to reduce your amount of stress. And since chronic stress upsets the balance of the autonomic nervous system, this can actually help you become more healthy!

She also has plenty of everyday tips for you on how to better cope with feelings and difficult situations.

Then, our body-mind practitioner, Steph Cusack, guides you through a series of breathing techniques and exercises. These help you explore and understand the deeper connection of how your physical and emotional body interact with each other. Speaking of which: did you know that your emotions have a direct impact on the production of your hormones? And, therefore, on your wellbeing? You need to understand the potential of this, and make breathing and hormone-balancing work a personal tool for regeneration.

What’s more, we challenge you to meditate for five minutes every day. Meditation can help you become more relaxed, productive and focused. And it improves the connection with your authentic self. You do you!
