Inner means growth. It means here and now. Your Inner does not dictate but guide you. It’s creation, movement and moment.
It can be something you deeply rely on – like breathing or moving.
Your Inner resists the external and celebrates the individual.
Its identity. It’s you.

Tradition means belief, principle. Old or new. The new within the old.
It’s wisdom and faith and it represents attitude and form. You can establish it yourself or retain its relevance. In short: build on or break with it.

Inner Tradition addresses your senses and invites you to open up your physical and mental horizons.

In representative surveys conducted in autumn this year on behalf of
My INNER HEALTH Club, KANTAR surveyed a wide-ranging group of
Europeans on the importance of traditional health practices in
Western Europe, the prevalence of regular use, reasons for conscious engagement, solutions to health burdens, and more.
With these findings and the insights of experts, the first Traditional Health Practices Report was created.
