Dr. Miguel Stanley
Dr. Miguel Stanley is a cosmetic dentist and oral surgeon, as well as the founder and clinical director of the White Clinic in Lisbon. He trained in minimal invasive cosmetic dentistry, implant surgery, prosthodontics and occlusion, and continues to expand his knowledge to best help people rebuild their smiles and overall oral health. What led him to dentistry? His mother suffers from a dental phobia, having had all her teeth extracted, aged 16, in her native England; this was quite common practice from money-grabbing dentists at the time. So Miguel was inspired to find proper care for her, and now focuses on trying to connect oral disease and failed dentistry – which, he says, nobody is talking about.
