Juri Maier is a Berlin-based personal trainer and martial artist, who specializes in joint mobility and muscle flexibility. Through his practice, he combines posture and movement training with complex stretching, as well as stabilizing strength and mobilization exercises to improve neuromuscular co-ordination and the musculoskeletal system. Juri approaches mobility training as a holistic practice, considering the body as a whole.
