Since 2014, Chris Hettinga has been working as a vinyasa-ashtanga yoga teacher, personal trainer and movement coach in Amsterdam. He discovered a passion for mobility and the strength of the human body while completing his studies in sports and exercise, lifestyle and health, and continues to be fascinated by new ways of incorporating natural movement into everyday life.
