Just imagine you have a teacup full of hot tea on each hand and do some careful rotations, trying not to spill, while strengthening your whole upper body as well as improving co-ordination.

Since 2014, Chris Hettinga has been working as a vinyasa-ashtanga yoga teacher, personal trainer and movement coach in Amsterdam.
