Priscilla Sanchez is a nutrition specialist based in Switzerland, with a long list of qualifications that includes two Masters’ degrees in Nutritional Public Health and Life Sciences: Food, Health and Nutrition. She took an all-encompassing approach throughout her years of study, research and clinical practice that examined not only food, but also emotions, gut flora, sleep, stress, and hormones, and how they all play a part in overall health.
